Reviews

This item is great to have for emergency. This small radio have a multi functional proposal. The design is robust for resist a shock. I recommend other person for buy this item to be prepare for any situation, you don't know when you go to use it. I say just be prepare. Only 90% of the functions you can use if you live out of the U.S., because the weather band channel is not working out the U.S. I live on the island of Curacao that's why I know that the weather band channel isn't working outside the U.S. Even if you don't live in the U.S. I recommend you to buy the Eton MicrolinkFR160.

The reception of the A.M. stations went dead when I released the tuning wheel. E-mailed the company, they said that I should send the radio to a repair shop. That was not helpful at all.

The unit doesn't come with the necessary parts to charge a cell phone (although the instructions tell you to use a certain piece). When I called the company they admitted they don't include the necessary piece, but promised to send it to me ASAP. AFTER A MONTH AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS, WHAT A SURPRISE, NO PIECE ARRIVED! Don't waste your money if you want to use this to charge a cell phone.

I bought the radio for emergencies, but I do listen to it in the house and I get a good reception. I like the size and love the color, good flash light. Overall a good emergency radio.

Bought this as a Christmas gift--have not had feedback on how it works. Shipping was prompt.
